My internship was a transformative experience that strengthened my analytical, technical, and professional skills. A significant aspect of my SIP was the opportunity to work independently on a new business vertical and shape the project end-to-end. I strengthened my financial modeling & valuation skills by building a full project model from scratch, enhanced strategic research & analysis by converting insights into an investor-ready deck, gained leadership exposure & confidence by presenting directly to senior management, including the CFO. Overall, the experience improved my discipline and adaptability and reinforced my career interest in finance and valuation.

The internship taught me to take case studies, administer tests, both formally and informally, to gain insight about everything from the patient's mood, motivation, progress, mental status, as well as simpler ways of determining their levels of mobility, reflexes, reactivity and comprehension, subtle markers of executive functioning and neurological functioning that then translates into tailoring activities or therapies for their specific needs, as well as monitoring their progression or regression regarding their physical and mental conditions.

My summer internship at Neewee Analytics was one of the most transformative experiences of my academic journey. I was involved in everything, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. Being the sole HR person in the company was intimidating at first, but it pushed me, especially in a startup environment, to grow faster than I ever expected.

My SIP experience at EY gave me hands-on exposure to real client engagements, particularly in areas such as audit procedures, documentation standards, and risk assessment. This helped me develop a clearer picture of how large organizations manage compliance and internal controls.
