The entire SIP process was also well-structured and smooth, thanks to the consistent support from my university and mentors. As an intern at Signpost, working on trend reports and social media strategies taught me to balance storytelling with analytics, ensuring ideas are both engaging and measurable. By contributing to live projects like Samsung and Sonic Tigress x Porsche, I learned how to align ideas with brand objectives, deadlines, and real-world constraints. Lastly, the internship strengthened my strategic thinking and research skills.

My internship was a transformative experience that strengthened my analytical, technical, and professional skills. I learned how to derive meaningful insights from complex hiring data, and gained proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HR analytics tools like I-CATS and SWAYAM. Creating dashboards for attrition and recruitment helped me merge analytics with storytelling, turning numbers into actionable insights for leadership. This internship clarified my career goal, which is to work as a financial analyst at the intersection of data, strategy, and decision-making.

A significant aspect of my SIP was the opportunity to work independently on a new business vertical and shape the project end-to-end. I strengthened my financial modeling & valuation skills by building a full project model from scratch, enhanced strategic research & analysis by converting insights into an investor-ready deck, gained leadership exposure & confidence by presenting directly to senior management, including the CFO. Overall, the experience improved my discipline and adaptability and reinforced my career interest in finance and valuation.

The internship taught me to take case studies, administer tests, both formally and informally, to gain insight about everything from the patient's mood, motivation, progress, mental status, as well as simpler ways of determining their levels of mobility, reflexes, reactivity and comprehension, subtle markers of executive functioning and neurological functioning that then translates into tailoring activities or therapies for their specific needs, as well as monitoring their progression or regression regarding their physical and mental conditions.

My summer internship at Neewee Analytics was one of the most transformative experiences of my academic journey. I was involved in everything, from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. Being the sole HR person in the company was intimidating at first, but it pushed me, especially in a startup environment, to grow faster than I ever expected.
